At Hearthside Graces we respect those we know and those we don’t. We are civil even when we don’t feel like it. We give grace because we were given grace. Here is the rest you need to know:

Kindness Is Expected

Any posts or comments that are hurtful, or which lead to hurtful or negative comments/discussion, may be removed without explanation. Discussion comments may also be removed.  Repeated incidents could result in suspension from the group.

No Politics, Please

No political discussion at all, please. Many members of groups like Hearthside Graces join to get away from the type of discussion that often permeates newsfeeds during unsettled or election periods. Please respect this request.

Email Customer Support

Hearthside Graces loves both this community and the wonderful customers who order from us. Please email customer support for anything related to an order such as product damage, shipping status, or digital downloads. This ensures we aren’t missing important information and the group doesn’t receive distracting messages. Please email hearthsidegraces@gmail.com.

No Selling. No Advertising.

No selling of any type. Please do not advertise share your personal business email or links. Please do not ask anyone to message you for additional information. If someone asks, you may recommend a product, but selling is not permitted.

No Promotions or Spam.

Make the group a place that’s better off than when you found it. Self-promotion, business promotion/selling, spam, and other irrelevant links are not allowed. This includes advertising of other groups to this group’s members. When you are here, center your attention here so you receive the best benefit.

No Fundraising Requests

No posting or sharing of fundraising links, GoFundMe links or Kickstarter Crowdsourcing or similar campaigns are allowed.

Privacy Matters

Please respect everyone’s privacy – including your own. Please don’t private message other group members without their consent. Please don’t share any member information. Hearthside Graces is a safe space and we want it to remain this way.

Nope! Not at the moment, anyway. No one has approached me because I’m a tiny mini-marshmallow sized snack in a world of giant opera cakes and 10-layer burgers. But if I find something worth sharing with you, I’m still going to do that – unless you all decide you don’t want me to. Then mum’s the word!

I would love to host a podcast! Much like this website I’d be going in blind and well behind the learning curve so it wouldn’t be right away. But my first degree was in Broadcasting with an emphasis on radio so you can likely guess I’m a big talker!

They are out there, friends! All the answers we could ever seek are out there in God’s universe. We may never see them, hear them, or feel them, but do we need to? So much here in our environment is right and so much has gone wrong that it seems perhaps we should focus on our “little corner of the universe” first. When everyone on Earth has clean water, clean breathable air, enough healthy food to eat, safe shelter,  and adequate lifelong medical care then we can look outside of our world to the expanse of our universe for all the other answers. Science is great! Space exploration is amazing! My family often goes outside at twilight to watch the ISS speed by overhead and marvel at the technology it holds. then we return indoors to the news that’s pummeling the world and pray. 

We’re in the process of setting up a way for our community to pray for one another. Having our combined voices raised to Heaven seems like a wonderful way to honor both God and each other!
